Travis Foster, M.D. FACS
Dr. Foster graduated from Texas A&M. He went on to complete his medical studies at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Following his surgical internship and residency at University of Alabama, he completed his Vascular Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.
Dr Foster is a fellow in the American college of surgeons and he is board certified in vascular surgery. Dr. Foster has practiced in Texas, Oklahoma, and Alabama. Dr. Foster’s memberships include American Medical Association, Society for Vascular Technology, and International Society for Endovascular Surgery.
J. Elvis Guinn, M.D.

Dr. Guinn was born in Galveston and graduated from Austin College. After his graduate studies in neuroscience at Texas Christian University he attended medical school at the medical college of Pennsylvania. Following his internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, he went on to further surgical training at Yale University / Saint Mary’s Hospital combined surgical residency and completed his chief surgical residency at Western Reserve Case System. He later performed his peripheral vascular surgical fellowship at Loma Linda University. He has been in practice since 1993.
Currently, Dr Guinn holds a position as an Associate Professor of Surgery at TCU Burnett School of Medicine and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and past Associate Director of the General Surgery Residency at Medical City Fort Worth.
