Dr. Foster graduated from Texas A&M. He went on to complete his medical studies at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Following his surgical internship and residency at University of Alabama, he completed his Vascular Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Foster has practiced in Texas, Oklahoma, and Alabama.
Dr. Foster’s memberships include American Medical Association, Society for Vascular Technology, and International Society for Endovascular Surgery.
Dr. Guinn was born in Galveston and graduated from Austin College. After his graduate studies in neuroscience at Toxas Christian University he attended medical school at the medical college of Pennsylvania. Following his internship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, he went on to further surgical training at Yale University / Saint Mary’s Hospital combined surgical residency and completed his chief surgical residency at Western Reserve Case System. He later performed his peripheral vascular surgical fellowship at Loma Linda University. He has been in practice since 1993.
Currently, Dr. Guinn holds a position as an adjunct clinical assistant professor in the department of surgery at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and has held positions including associate director of the Genera surgical residency program at Medical City Fort Worth.
